STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join our growing team. In this role you will contribute to the design, assessment, and delivery of structural solutions across a range of exciting projects. You will work closely with colleagues and external professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design structural solutions for a variety of projects, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Perform structural calculations and develop technical specifications for materials and structural components.

  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure designs integrate smoothly with overall project plans.

  • Review construction works and monitor projects to confirm designs are implemented correctly and meet regulatory requirements.

  • Assess existing structures to determine structural condition and recommend repair or strengthening solutions where necessary.

  • Keep up to date with developments in structural engineering, materials, and sustainable construction practices.

  • Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

  • Produce clear technical reports, drawings, and supporting documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Professional accreditation (or working toward it) is desirable.

About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable Building Surveyor to help assess buildings and structures, provide expert advice, and support projects that maintain and improve structural safety and performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections of buildings and structures to evaluate their condition and identify defects.

  • Prepare detailed survey reports outlining findings and recommending appropriate remedial works.

  • Provide technical advice to clients, architects, and construction professionals regarding building issues and repair strategies.

  • Manage and oversee repair or refurbishment projects to ensure they meet quality standards, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with professionals across the construction industry to ensure coordinated project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations, safety requirements, and best practice standards.

  • Stay informed about developments in surveying techniques, materials, and construction regulations.
     

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related field.

  • Relevant professional accreditation or certification is beneficial.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams.

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members when required.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to ensure information is easy to access and well organised.

  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and correspondence.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars where needed.

  • Support data entry tasks and help keep internal systems up to date.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks to support ongoing projects and daily operations.

DRAFTSMAN / DESIGN TECHNICIAN

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman or Design Technician to support our engineering and architectural teams. This role focuses on producing accurate technical drawings and models that support the successful delivery of construction and design projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear and detailed technical drawings using CAD software based on project specifications.

  • Update and amend drawings following feedback from engineers, architects, and project teams.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines to ensure drawings accurately represent design intent.

  • Ensure drawings and documents meet industry standards, building regulations, and company quality requirements.

  • Maintain organised records of drawings and revisions for easy access and project tracking.

  • Develop 3D models where required to support design visualization and coordination.

  • Research materials, construction methods, and technical solutions when needed.

  • Attend site visits to gather measurements and verify information for drawings.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working as a CAD technician, design technician, or draughtsperson in an engineering or architectural environment.

  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and technical drawing standards.
